Dr. Gross and his team are the friendliest, thorough, and most efficient healthcare team that I have encountered. I have been coming here for my annual eye exam for the past 3 years and buying my contacts from them. They are extremely responsive and communicative. Highly recommend you make Dr. Gross your eye doctor.

My first visit to Chelsea Vision Associates was a 10/10 experience. The front desk staff was accommodating, kind and polite. Dr. Gross was thorough and knowledgeable and informed me of the newest technology in contacts. I left feeling educated and at ease, which is not typical from my past experiences at optical shops. I was not pressured to purchase glasses/contacts, rather I was given the best options for my vision and then left to decide which felt best before purchasing my supply. The process was seamless start to finish from scheduling the appointment (even have the easy option to text them) to next steps on purchasing eyewear. Highly recommend going here!

First time visiting this doctor/store and had a great experience. Eye Check up was very pleasant and using modern technology so no more need to have eye dilation (yeah!). Dr Gross is very thorough and knowledgeable as well as having great chair-side manners. His staff was very helpful and based on my insurance, I decided to get a "workspace" pair of eyeglasses for under $220. A miracle based on past experiences with optical stores/doctors. Very happy to have switched to this business with newly remodeled offices right in Chelsea.

Dr Gross and his staff are by far the best optometrist I have EVER had. I have very tricky eyes with thinning cornea’s to a detachment in one eye. They fit my special contacts just right no matter how many fittings it takes and the staff go above and beyond any normal doctors office staff do your eyes a favor go see them.

I was able to be seen the same day. I called they had a time schedule open. They allow me to get it. They were very professional. I ❤️ Love My experience with them. I would tell one anyone about Chelsea Vision Associates. You will not be disappointed in the way they take care of you.

I honestly have to say I love this place more than any eye doctor I've ever been to. I moved out of the neighborhood but I still go here because they are so great. The staff are super kind, polite, reassuring, and fast. They always fully explain my insurance benefits and options for me. I always feel fully informed, but never pushed to purchase one way or another. They give me my prescription so if I want to go somewhere else I can (but I never do). I give them designer lenses I already have/love and they just change out the lenses for me as needed. Dr. Gross is very fast, kind, and takes time to explain everything. Believe it or not my vision has actually gotten better since coming here! Seriously I use a lower prescription now than I did when I came and I have fewer headaches. I used to get cornea scratches a lot but have had no eye injuries since using this doctor. Would highly recommend them. Would never want to go anywhere else.
